Returns:

Returns the line pointer, or line number of the LAST line found by a FIND / CHANGE command. Until the first FIND / CHANGE command is issued for the current Edit file, this will return 0 (zero).        

This will only be available after a FIND/CHANGE command using ALL.

RC will always be 0 and Msg$ will be "" (Null)
